Your learning data should be handled with care.

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, authentication details, and the information supplied by a sign-in provider you choose to use. We also store your course progress, quiz results, certificates, account preferences, and support messages.

When you purchase access, our payment provider processes your payment details. HRI Academy receives transaction and account identifiers needed to confirm access, manage billing, and provide support, but does not store your full card number.

We use this information to operate your account, preserve learning progress, issue and verify certificates, provide purchased access, respond to support requests, protect the service, and send service-related communications. Where you have chosen to receive them, we may also send lesson reminders or other learning communications.

We use limited product analytics to understand how the academy is used and improve the learning experience. We do not sell personal information.

We rely on service providers to run HRI Academy, including Supabase for authentication and application data, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Vercel for hosting, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and product-analytics infrastructure used by the academy. These providers process information on our behalf or under their own applicable terms.

We retain account and learning records while your account is active and as reasonably needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We use access controls and other technical safeguards intended to protect account data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You can update supported account and notification preferences in HRI Academy. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information associated with your account. Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, or legitimate operational reasons.
